This studio was in an ideal location for my needs.
It was quite and comfortable

A lovely little place to stay - very clean and comfortable with all the amenities that you could want.  Excellent quality bedding and towels and an enormous, comfy bed.  It was also warm with very efficient heating.  The location is great, pretty village and a nice pub opposite.

John place is in a sleep village with quite soundings. Great place short weekend away for event in the area.

Lovely studio in a the picturesque village of Stoke Bruerne. Compact but contains everything you need. Mahoosive comfortable superking size bed. Straight across the road from the Boat Inn which serves very good food at reasonable prices. Backs straight on to the canal which offers boat trips in season and great peaceful walks along the tow paths. Also a second pub / restaurant just 2 or 3 minutes walk from the studio so no need for use of car if you want a drink. John also hosts a similar property next door complete with a hot tub. 
Highly recommended and hope to return.

This was our second stay at Damson Studio so we knew all the positives of returning and we were not disappointed. 
A last minute booking after our previous plans were disrupted and we didnt want to miss the show at MK theatre. Definitely a worthwhile consideration to stay over in future when booking a show.
Also extra nice to spend time with family close by and enjoy a relaxing walk along side the canal.

Theatre visit

Had a very relaxing and peaceful stay, in a very beautiful village. Accommodation was comfortable,clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay. The studio was well appointed with everything needed for a short visit. Excellent kitchen with everything required to prepare a meal. the bed was super comfortable, and the shower worked perfectly.
 I especially appreciated the Nespresso machine and the complimentary tea and biscuits. I’d also recommend The Boat Inn for good pub food and a relaxing spot by the canal.

Lovely place to stay, very clean, peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. Easy to find, secure parking with easy access all the better, when taking bags from car to the accommodation.

John was very responsive. The whole place was so clean and cosy upon arrival. Everything was easy to find and easily met our expectations. The surrounding area was lovely. Good TV. And the bed is massive.

absolutely beautiful little place,perfect for a stay, in a lovely area. everything on your doorstep. pubs, canel walks for miles, really good stay, only issues was the front door. 30+ degrees made it hard to get in. But when do we get weather like that regularly. it didn't spoil our stay at all way more positives. just a beautiful place. im sure we'll be going back.. many thanks

The location was excellent for a long wknd. Once we were there there was plenty to do in the glorious sunshine. 

The Boat lnn, (breakfast on Saturday morning) The Navigation and across the canal a lovely coffee shop, Canal Museum, narrow boat trip and to finish on Saturday evening a delicious lndian meal at 'K' lndian restaurant.

Fantastic location, two pubs/restaurants  on your doorstep with great Canal views. The studio is spotless with a great shower and a huge double bed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay in the studio. The super king bed was very comfortable and the bedding felt luxurious. John was a great super host, very professional and accommodating.

We had stayed with John & Vicky's other accommodation last year and this one didn’t disappoint us very happy with it for our 3 night stay, as before all the notification we received from them very good and on hand for any other questions.
Very cosy and well decorated everything you need and also good shower, the area has two great pubs for eating and drinking good walks up and down the canal great location for us visiting our family.
Good value for us hope to use this place again in the future.

What a super little place; cosy but fully equipped with everything you might need for a short stay; wonderfully located across the road from the picturesque canal side village of Stoke Bruerne. Was absolutely perfect for our stay.

Spotlessly clean, cosy and a lovely comfortable bed. Stayed whilst working in Buckingham (which was an easy commute) so only used as somewhere to spend the evenings but would have been nice to enjoy the canal walk close by.

Lovely area and short walk to a great pub for some dinner! Johns place has very clear instructions and hassle free check in and out. Loads of information about the local area which was lovely! Bed was super comfy which was well needed after days of exploring!

The Damson Studio is a really great place to stay and to relax. The accommodation is so very comfortable, spotless and has everything you would need. The village is in a lovely setting and some nice walks close by and along the canal path.
Loved the festive touches inside and outside the cottage.

Myself and my husband had a lovely stay over Christmas. A lovely little place that had everything you need, with great little Xmas touches for the season. It’s a fab location too, right by the canal. John was super responsive and helpful. Strongly recommend!

Stayed 6 days for business, i am engineer fron China and travel all over the world. This was a very comfortable room with kitchen & washing machine. Perfect for me wash all my clothes and cook for myself although there are 2 pubs & indian restaurant in the village.  Much better than just a hotel room. Never seen narrow boats or locks before so very interesting. Would like to bring my family back to visit. All very clean & good wifi.

The place was exactly as the pictures showed. Small and cosy but had everything we needed.
